Your products are shipped (delivered to the carrier) the working day following your order (except products mentioned as being made to order). Working days are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. During holiday periods, a notice is clearly displayed on all pages of the site informing you of the deadlines put in place during these periods.

Delivery is made by the Colissimo Domicile service (La Poste). Your package is delivered to your mailbox. A tracking number is sent to you immediately after your order has been delivered to the carrier.

• Delivery rates in mainland France, Andorra and Monaco: €5 (deadlines announced by the Post Office: 48 hours or 2 working days)
• Delivery rates to the European Union and the United Kingdom: €13.45 (deadlines announced by the Post Office: 3 to 8 days)

You have a legal period of 14 days to change your mind.

• Return costs are your responsibility.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in their original condition.
• Highly personalized products (mentioned as being made to order, subject to personalization such as engraving of a first name, etc.) cannot be returned. If you have any doubts on the subject, contact me.
• The refund for the product will be paid to your bank account upon receipt of the product. The bank may require a few days to complete the transfer.
• Note that the delivery amount that you paid when ordering cannot be refunded to you, FAB-FABRIK having paid the carrier for this service.
